Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth platform.

• Provide mental health care to patients of all ages.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools to deliver care.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their treatment objectives.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Identify mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients per day.

• Assist Brave Health in expanding into new markets by securing additional state licenses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and relevant licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Home office must ensure privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Proficient in using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Background in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Currently hold full/independent licensure in at least one state.

• Comfortable working 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients daily.

• Experience in treating patients with severe chronic mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.
