Telehealth Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as an integral part of the Virtual Care & Digital Health clinical care team.

• Ensure the safe, timely, and effective provision of patient care via telehealth services.

• Streamline clinical workflows.

• Coordinate the involvement of providers.

• Assist in delivering care in real-time.

• Collaborate with Medical Directors, Service Line Leaders, Clinical Program Managers, and Provider Network Leadership.

• Foster provider engagement across various medical groups.

• Align enterprise telehealth services with the local clinical care delivery framework.

• Connect clinical care delivery with digital operations.

• Guarantee that telehealth operates as a smooth extension of provider practice while upholding patient access, safety, and quality of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Two years of healthcare experience may replace the degree requirement.

• At least two years of experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, clinical support, or digital health.

• Preferred: Two years of experience assisting providers/clinical teams in care delivery environments.

• Preferred: One year of experience with Epic and/or telehealth platforms, telephony systems, and/or CRM tools.
