Senior Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Report to the Head of Delivery within the Customer Success Team.

• Utilize stakeholder management expertise to foster customer engagement and drive growth.

• Oversee internal and external resources to guarantee successful initial deployments.

• Establish suitable governance and benefit metrics for deployments.

• Ensure the team adheres to internal delivery best practices.

• Communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical domains.

• Enhance team workflow, resolve issues, and cultivate agile capabilities.

• Lead ongoing planning through product delivery, post-launch support, and benefits realization.

• Identify and address team-dynamic challenges, linking daily tasks with the product vision.

• Collaborate throughout product delivery phases alongside Customer Success and the Product Lead.

• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.

• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring ongoing engagement.

• Proficiency in both English and German.

• Demonstrated experience in Agile project management, showcasing successful implementation of methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently and ensuring on-time delivery.

• Effective collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.

• Robust understanding of technology and its applications, particularly in AI/Data Science products.

• Commitment to continuous learning and awareness of industry trends in Agile practices.

• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.

• Experience with remote work (bonus).

• Agile certification such as CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP (bonus).

• Experience with distributed teams and AI/Data Science products (bonus).

• Familiarity with the insurance industry (bonus).
