Telecommunication Support Engineer – Data Fetching Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Customer Team to extract information from the Partner tool

• Evaluate issues related to Telecom network KPIs

• Examine problems concerning Customers’ network and Partner traffic integrations

• Carry out daily operations and maintenance while resolving issues

• Identify, analyze, and rectify system-related problems through troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

• Offer technical support to major telecom clients

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of pertinent experience

• Proficiency in SQL

• Understanding of cellular protocols

• Basic system skills including Linux, Cloud, and Cloud-native knowledge

• Excellent customer interaction skills and the ability to independently manage Customer calls

• Availability to work in shifts (24/7)

• Willingness to travel on-site for a few days as required by business needs

• Familiarity with the Wireshark tool (preferred)
