Telecommunication Support Engineer – Data Fetching Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Customer Team to extract information from the Partner tool.

• Analyze issues related to telecom network KPIs.

• Investigate problems associated with customers’ networks and Partner traffic integrations.

• Execute daily operations and maintenance, addressing any arising issues.

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve system-related challenges.

• Conduct troubleshooting and perform root-cause analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of pertinent experience.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Familiarity with cellular protocols.

• Basic skills in systems: Linux, Cloud, and cloud-native technologies.

• Strong customer interaction skills.

• Capability to independently manage customer calls.

• Willingness to work in shifts (24/7).

• Readiness to travel on-site for a few days as business needs arise.

• Knowledge of Wireshark is a plus.
