Telecommunication Support Engineer – Data Fetching Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Customer Team to extract information from the Partner tool.

• Analyze issues related to telecom network KPIs.

• Investigate problems associated with Customers’ networks and Partner traffic integrations.

• Execute daily operations and maintenance while resolving issues.

• Identify, diagnose, and address system-related challenges.

• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of pertinent experience.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Understanding of cellular protocols.

• Basic system skills, including knowledge of Linux, Cloud, and Cloud-native technologies.

• Strong customer interaction and communication skills.

• Capability to independently manage Customer calls.

• Willingness to work in shifts (24/7).

• Openness to travel on-site for a few days as required for business needs.

• Familiarity with the Wireshark tool (preferred).
