Telecom Project Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete process of B2B customer deployments

• Monitor schedules, backlog, and service level agreements (SLAs)

• Serve as a point of contact for customers, technicians, and internal teams

• Organize project scheduling and execution

• Address and resolve any blockers and obstacles

• Supervise third-party providers to ensure quality of delivery

• Handle multiple projects at once

• Background in telecom or network projects

• Proven experience in implementing B2B customer solutions

• Strong management of timelines, project scope, and SLAs

• Practical, delivery-oriented mindset

• Experience in managing telecom projects, emphasizing B2B implementations and delivery operations
