This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring that caseloads are handled within the designated service-level-agreement timeframes.

• Schedule appointments and conduct interviews with both general practitioners and specialists.

• Accurately document case notes using the medEbridge® platform.

• Foster and manage relationships between clients and UHG.

• Carry out data entry and perform various administrative tasks as needed.

• Collaborate with medical practitioners to facilitate the sharing of health and medical information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered nurse with an understanding of how health practitioners operate within a clinical setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient keyboard skills.

• Technologically proficient with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Capable of negotiating, influencing, and effectively managing conflicts.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding time management and organizational capabilities.
