Técnico/a de Seguridad, PAM – CyberArk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Operating system patching

• Management of group policies and Active Directory

• Administration of Windows firewall rules

• Oversight of the CyberArk PAM platform

• Handling the onboarding, offboarding, and modification of privileged accounts

• Creation and maintenance of Safes

• Review of accounts, permissions, and access rights

• Support for incidents related to connection, rotation, and access to privileged credentials

• Monitoring of corrective tasks and service requests

• Examination of rotation errors, verification, and reconciliation of credentials

• Technical documentation of actions taken

• Escalation of complex incidents to higher-level profiles

• Collaboration with network and operations teams for continuous service improvement

• Participation in the daily operations of the PAM environment and support for internal users

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical education in systems, networks, or security

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration

• General understanding of Active Directory

• Interest in PAM solutions and managing privileged access

• Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and service orientation

• Teamwork capabilities and a commitment to continuous learning

• Experience in technical support or administration of security platforms

• Proficient in technical documentation and operational follow-up

• Preferred: prior experience with CyberArk or similar PAM solutions

• Preferred: previous experience in Windows and Linux system administration

• Preferred: familiarity with CyberArk components such as PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault, and Safes

• Preferred: experience in managed cybersecurity services

• Preferred: basic knowledge of scripting or automation

• Preferred: certifications or official training in CyberArk

• Preferred: experience in managing identities and privileged access

• Preferred: knowledge of operational security processes
