This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Develop and implement partner market-readiness strategies across the Splunk Security product suite
• Shorten time to market and foster partner-driven growth
• Ensure readiness for new products, significant releases, and strategic capabilities
• Provide partners with essential programs, enablement, messaging, tools, demonstrations, commercial models, and operational processes needed for launch and scaling
• Detect and address readiness gaps that impact partner positioning, transactions, demonstrations, deployments, or support
• Create repeatable go-to-market motions and tailored sales strategies for partners
• Collaborate with resellers, managed service providers, managed security service providers, global systems integrators, and other strategic partner types
• Evaluate partner activation, productivity, pipeline, customer acquisition, and the adoption of scalable partner strategies
• Work in conjunction with Product Management, Channel, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, Operations, and related teams
• Over 7 years of experience in product go-to-market strategies, channel or partner strategy, sales operations, business operations, product management, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in supporting product launches, partner programs, sales strategies, or market-readiness initiatives
• Familiarity with SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, data, or other complex enterprise technology markets
• Experience with partner business models such as resellers, managed service providers, managed security service providers, global systems integrators, or distributors
• Proficiency in utilizing business metrics and reporting to assess program performance
• Preferred: experience in developing and scaling MSP and MSSP go-to-market strategies
• Preferred: ability to translate intricate technical capabilities into partner messaging, customer outcomes, use cases, competitive positioning, demonstrations, and sales tools
• Preferred: cross-functional experience in Product Management, Sales, Channel, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, Engineering, and Operations
• Preferred: capacity to establish clarity and structure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Preferred: excellent communication, analytical, project management, and stakeholder influence skills
