This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement partner market-readiness strategies for the Splunk Security portfolio.
• Minimize time to market and enhance growth driven by partners.
• Facilitate readiness for new product launches, major updates, and strategic features.
• Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary programs, enablement resources, messaging, tools, demos, commercial models, and operational processes for successful launch and scaling.
• Identify and address readiness gaps that hinder partners from effectively positioning, transacting, demonstrating, deploying, or supporting Splunk Security solutions.
• Create repeatable go-to-market strategies and tailored sales initiatives for resellers, MSPs, MSSPs, GSIs, and other strategic partners.
• Evaluate success through metrics related to partner activation, productivity, pipeline development, customer acquisition, and the adoption of scalable partner strategies.
• Collaborate with teams in Product Management, Channel, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, Operations, and other relevant areas.
• Over 7 years of experience in product go-to-market, channel or partner strategy, sales operations, business operations, product management, or a related discipline.
• More than 3 years of experience in supporting product launches, partner programs, sales initiatives, or market-readiness projects.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, data, or another intricate enterprise technology market.
• Understanding of partner business models, including resellers, managed service providers, managed security service providers, global systems integrators, or distributors.
• Proficient in utilizing business metrics and reporting to assess program performance, including partner activation, pipeline metrics, customer acquisition, or revenue growth.
• Preferred: experience in developing and scaling go-to-market strategies for MSPs and MSSPs, including commercial frameworks, operational readiness, and partner profitability.
• Preferred: skill in translating complex technical features into partner messaging, customer outcomes, use cases, competitive positioning, demos, and sales tools.
• Preferred: experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Channel, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Preferred: ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous, fast-paced environments while balancing strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Preferred: strong skills in communication, analytical thinking, project management, and stakeholder influence.
