Technology Transactions Counsel – AI Contract Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Conduct simulated exercises in contract negotiation and redlining.

• Analyze AI-generated responses pertaining to commercial contract scenarios.

• Assess contract modifications for legal accuracy, risk identification, and sound commercial judgment.

• Offer expert feedback to enhance the accuracy and consistency of AI outputs.

• Create objective evaluation frameworks, rubrics, and grading criteria for contract review assignments.

• Review and enhance legal data, guidelines, and best practices utilized in contract evaluations.

• Employ practical in-house judgment in technology transaction situations.

• Collaborate with product and research teams to establish contract review workflows and evaluation criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of in-house legal experience with an emphasis on technology transactions.

• Extensive hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.

• Proven experience in identifying and evaluating contractual, commercial, and legal risks.

• Strong practical understanding of technology-related commercial agreements.

• Demonstrated ability to review intricate contract language and suggest suitable revisions.

• Excellent written English and legal drafting capabilities.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in technology or similarly fast-paced environments.

• Ability to convert legal judgment into clear, structured evaluation criteria.
