Technology Trainer – Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and continuously enhance foundational 101 and advanced 201 training curricula that focus on Claude, the Anthropic API, and developer platform, as well as best practices for prompting and integration patterns.

• Produce slide presentations, hands-on labs, quick-reference materials, certification evaluations, and recorded content.

• Organize content utilizing instructional design principles aimed at improving retention and facilitating behavior change.

• Update curricula in accordance with new releases of Claude models and platform capabilities from Anthropic.

• Conduct live virtual and in-person training sessions for internal delivery teams, partners, and clients.

• Customize enablement materials for non-technical business users, developers, and solution architects.

• Showcase Claude's capabilities, APIs, prompting strategies, and integration methods while addressing technical inquiries.

• Offer office hours and provide ongoing technical support.

• Manage and enhance NewRocket's internal Anthropic certification program.

• Create applied competency assessments.

• Monitor certification progress, completion rates, and training effectiveness metrics; report program health to leadership within the practice.

• Collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to pinpoint enablement gaps and prioritize training initiatives.

• Collect learner feedback and refine content quality, pacing, and format.

• Travel as required for client visits, offsites, and events, with an estimated travel percentage of up to 30%.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or a similar customer-facing technical role.

• A solid technical foundation with APIs and integrations.

• Practical experience with Claude or similar LLM platforms.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering tiered training curricula for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person formats.

• Strong instructional design competencies.

• Anthropic Certified Trainer certification, or a commitment to obtain it within the first 90 days of employment.

• Clear and structured written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Previous experience in training on AI/ML products, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS tools.

• Familiarity with curriculum design frameworks such as ADDIE or adult-learning methodologies.

• Experience in creating or managing certification or LMS-based programs.

• A background in software engineering, data science, or solutions architecture.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow AI Agents or similar workflow automation platforms.
