Technology Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide advice, consultation, and guidance in designing systems and infrastructure utilized by company personnel.

• Engage directly with leadership stakeholders across all levels.

• Manage and spearhead the sprint-based program that drives prioritized development projects for both internal and vendor-supplied systems.

• Collaborate with business leader stakeholders to assess current and future requirements in alignment with business strategy.

• Work alongside business analysts, project managers, business unit colleagues, and vendors to architect effective solutions.

• Serve as the main point of contact with key company vendors, optimizing the utilization of their solutions.

• Support the administration and management of the Agile Sprint program, including leading a cross-functional team and tracking/reporting on sprint outcomes.

• Direct software development and data analysis/reporting tasks performed by engineering technologists.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Provide consultation and guidance to Technologists regarding solution ideas, technology insights, and systems perspectives.

• Utilize reporting and analytics tools to oversee internal systems.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of company policies and engage in SOC 2 compliance activities.

• Keep abreast of relevant technologies, industry trends, developments, and best practices.

• Assist in the management and resolution of tickets related to supported areas and other areas as necessary.

• Comprehensive technology knowledge encompassing database structure/design, development, ITSM support programs, agile processes, IT support systems, cybersecurity, and AI.

• Capability to meet with business unit leaders to identify needs and develop innovative solutions for business challenges.

• Proficiency in systems and design thinking.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and manage expectations within an agile environment.

• Self-motivated lifelong learner dedicated to enhancing personal skills and competencies.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications/experience in a relevant technology field is required.

• Familiarity with automation software and AI technology.

• Certifications in job-relevant technologies are preferred.

• Knowledge of and/or experience in SQL, VB, Python, PowerShell, etc. is preferred.

• Experience in designing and developing APIs is preferred.

• Capability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

• Must be able to participate in video conferences/meetings.
