Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate client implementations of Traild’s AP automation platform utilizing Syspro and Acumatica.

• Support the sales team by conducting demonstrations that illustrate how Traild enhances, automates, and secures accounts payable processes.

• Configure, test, and resolve technical integration issues.

• Ensure smooth deployment and encourage user adoption.

• Work closely with clients to comprehend business needs and offer customized ERP/AP solutions.

• Provide technical assistance for escalated problems and intricate ERP-related queries.

• Develop and update documentation, technical notes, and knowledge base articles.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Success, and Technology teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and excellence in solutions.

• Keep up-to-date with advancing ERP platforms and enhance Traild’s integration capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Syspro and Acumatica.

• Strong technical proficiency with SaaS or ERP products.

• Customer-centric approach and exceptional communication abilities.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Syspro and Acumatica, or the capacity to quickly learn Acumatica.

• Solid understanding of ERP systems, SaaS offerings, and financial processes, especially Accounts Payable.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting code; skilled in navigating integrations and data flows.

• Capable of diagnosing technical problems and collaborating across teams to resolve them.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, articulate, and confident interactions with customers.

• Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid team environment.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, global scale-up.
