IT Solution Architect – OTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Design technical solutions that transform Order to Cash business functions while supporting company operations, growth, and cost-effective best practices.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Order to Cash processes and SAP-supported applications, including their dependencies with Transportation and Warehousing.

• Cultivate relationships with functional teams and Centers of Excellence.

• Establish three-year strategic functional and technical roadmaps that align with business strategies and Enterprise Architecture guidelines.

• Create reference architecture documents.

• Generate high-level designs for new business processes and projects, including architectural diagrams, data-flow diagrams, wireframes, security architecture, and infrastructure architecture.

• Provide execution strategies and sequencing based on functional and technical dependencies.

• Develop functional specifications, testing plans, implementation guidelines, and build/development standards.

• Collaborate with Project Managers on program and project plans.

• Ensure that solutions incorporate business continuity planning and disaster recovery objectives.

• Verify that projects possess vetted business cases and align with the three-year strategic roadmap.

• Design user training strategies for IT Build/Engineering teams.

• Offer post-project hypercare and escalated L4 support.

• Collaborate with and assist Sourcing and Vendor Management.

• Formulate service strategies and service design plans for newly developed IT services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of IT experience supporting Order to Cash business processes using tools like SAP and analytics tools such as Qlik or PowerBI.

• Over 10 years of Solution Architecture experience designing enterprise-level solutions across process, technology, people, and data perspectives.

• At least 5 years of Solution Architecture experience working within established Enterprise Architecture guidelines and principles.

• More than 10 years of experience in designing new IT business services.

• At least 5 years of solution engineering experience in building solutions based on established high-level and architectural designs.

• A minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience or exposure.

• Over 5 years of experience in CPG Manufacturing.

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Design.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP ECC 6.0, APO, EWM, TM, IBP, Ariba, Qlik, PowerBI, or FourKites.

• Over 5 years of Enterprise-Level Integration capabilities.

• At least 5 years of team leadership or management experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, change management, and relationship-building skills.

• A strategic mindset, sound judgment, integrity, and a collaborative approach.

• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, dynamic, fluid, and ambiguous environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

• Comfort in presenting to management.

• Proven ability to plan and manage multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously.

• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
