Technology Security Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of Colleague Technology Security within the CISO organization

• Manage a small team, starting with four members

• Safeguard and regulate local AI utilization and access

• Oversee software, SaaS, and browser plug-in governance

• Engage in general system administration tasks

• Collaborate extensively with the broader Colleague Technology Services and Security teams

• Assist team members in reaching their objectives and advancing their careers

• Develop colleague identity capabilities

• Ensure uniform malware protection measures

• Strengthen data security, encompassing classification, location, and protection both in use and at rest

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading a small team or demonstrating strong technical leadership with a desire to transition into people management

• Prior experience with AI / Agentic AI technologies

• Capability to manage intricate and competing priorities effectively

• Enthusiasm for mentoring and developing individuals in their professional roles

• Technical proficiency in implementing and administering identity solutions

• Background in fast-paced DevOps-style settings

• Experience in rapidly evolving and scaling environments
