This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Oversee and expand a designated portfolio of technology partners across sectors including CRM, CDP, martech, ecommerce, nonprofit, sports, education, and B2B.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders from partner organizations.
• Formulate and implement collaborative business plans that encompass co-selling, co-marketing, enablement, and business development strategies.
• Enhance partner engagement, promote integration adoption, create referral opportunities, and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Empower partner teams through presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Serve as an internal advocate for assigned partners across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Assist partners in advancing through Dotdigital’s partner program tiers.
• Identify, assess, and recruit technology partners to fill strategic product gaps.
• Evaluate potential partners based on customer demand, strategic alignment, commercial viability, and integration benefits.
• Persuade partners to develop Dotdigital integrations or construct business cases for integrations developed by Dotdigital.
• Aid in prioritizing integration opportunities and guiding the product roadmap.
• Generate sales-qualified leads through partner referrals and collaborative activities.
• Impact ongoing sales opportunities by involving pertinent partners in customer discussions.
• Organize joint campaigns, create content, launch integrations, facilitate webinars, roundtables, case studies, and events.
• Represent Dotdigital at industry conferences and events.
• Provide market, customer, and partner insights to refine strategy and positioning.
• Track partnership performance and pinpoint avenues for growth and enhancement.
• 4–5+ years of experience in technology partnerships, SaaS partnerships, channel sales, business development, or martech sales.
• Experience in managing strategic technology partners and creating new partnership opportunities.
• Established relationships and a robust network within relevant technology ecosystems such as ecommerce and retail, nonprofit, sports, education, hospitality, or B2B commerce.
• Ability to utilize industry connections to identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities.
• Proven track record of building senior-level stakeholder relationships and influencing both internal and external teams.
• Experience in creating and implementing joint go-to-market strategies, including co-selling and co-marketing efforts.
• Strong commercial insight, with the capability to recognize opportunities that enhance pipeline, revenue, and customer value.
• Experience in evaluating integration opportunities, developing partnership business cases, and/or collaborating closely with product teams is highly desirable.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in additional languages, such as Dutch, French, Spanish, or Swedish, is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% may be required.
