Technology Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance technology operations for three global studios within Keywords Studios.

• Develop and implement technical infrastructure that aligns with business requirements.

• Proactively address process and system challenges and identify bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with international IT teams to establish long-term technology processes, requirements, and solutions.

• Utilize AI and machine learning to create efficient business processes and workflows.

• Work alongside global information security and privacy teams to ensure compliance with data protection and content security.

• Manage business systems and creative production tools effectively.

• Act as a thought leader in technology infrastructure, expansion, and AI integration.

• Provide support for Mac and PC users and evaluate equipment needs on a global scale.

• Diagnose and resolve technology-related issues across the organization.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding content security compliance.

• Coordinate and oversee services between vendors and external contractors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside within the United States.

• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience, including Systems/Tool Implementation, Technology Planning, Technical Support, AI Integrations, and Vendor Management.

• Extensive knowledge of Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Frame.io, Adobe, Maxon, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and other related creative production and business tools.

• Proven experience in leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance efficiency in technology workflows.

• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Apple and PC products and systems.

• Experience in content security management and compliance.

• Strong time management and project management capabilities.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST.
