Junior Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Examine orders, prescriptions, medical reports, and other necessary documents for service fulfillment.

• Confirm order eligibility in accordance with the guidelines established by the client’s program.

• Evaluate technical details related to medications, prescriptions, and documentation.

• Approve, deny, or request further information for orders based on specified criteria.

• Send approved orders to partner distributors.

• Monitor order status and resolve any outstanding issues, delays, or delivery challenges.

• Maintain operational records and controls up to date, ensuring traceability of orders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical training in Nursing or Pharmacy.

• Familiarity with medications, prescriptions, medical orders, and clinical documentation.

• Capability to interpret and validate technical order information.

• Basic understanding of Excel and operating systems.
