Operations Customer Expert, German & English Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and written inquiries from customers.

• Deliver friendly, clear, and professional assistance in both German and English.

• Provide expert advice regarding bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel arrangements.

• Update and oversee customer and booking information.

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Assist Booking.com travelers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them to unforgettable trips.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Excellent customer focus and communication abilities.

• Capable of confidently engaging with a variety of customer types.

• Competent computer skills and quick typing abilities.

• Innovative, solution-oriented mindset with a strong team-player attitude.

• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Experience in a similar position is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Residency in Georgia is required.
