Technology Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of project scope while adhering to time, cost, quality, and the relevant risk profile.

• Develop and maintain project plans for technology initiatives across the organization.

• Eliminate cross-team obstacles and proactively manage dependencies.

• Take ownership of both internal and third-party implementation plans, along with delivery risks.

• Assist in ongoing planning, forecasting, estimating, metrics, and performance measurements.

• Guide teams to self-organize and effectively share their work.

• Promote continuous improvement utilizing suitable agile and lean methodologies and tools.

• Support the Technology leadership team with data-driven status updates and insights.

• Collaborate with stakeholders as well as Architecture, Foundation Engineering, Security, Data, and Risk teams.

• Proven experience in delivering program management within a technology or IT environment.

• Proficiency in Agile methodology and its associated toolsets.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Background in software delivery within a modern, cloud-native technology framework.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capability to lead by example and exemplify best practices.

• Ability to maintain a strong focus on delivery while making informed risk decisions.

• Competence to work independently to advance key programs.
