Technology Consulting Principal, ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for ServiceNow and various IT Service Management platforms.

• Work in collaboration with stakeholders, developers, business analysts, project managers, and leadership.

• Ensure tasks are driven to completion.

• Implement agile project methodologies and engage in story writing.

• Utilize ServiceNow to gather requirements and translate them into actionable developer tasks.

• Assist in mission-critical projects and foster business growth.

• Promote IT Service Management enhancements using ServiceNow.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, 4 additional years of relevant experience can substitute for the degree.

• A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience is required.

• Required technical skills include ServiceNow, ITIL, and Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology, the ServiceNow platform, software development life cycle (SDLC), and IT services is essential.

• Must be a US person.

• Security clearance is not required.

• US citizenship is not a prerequisite.
