• Establish and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Transform the platform into a key enabler of digital transformation, productivity, and AI-driven innovation across the enterprise.
• Ensure the platform's stability, performance, and scalability.
• Nurture a customer-centric culture that emphasizes operational excellence, high availability, and superior user experiences.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a large, diverse team of domain specialists.
• Promote servant leadership, psychological safety, professional growth, and impactful delivery.
• Integrate newly acquired businesses into the service standards of GE Vernova.
• Develop initial and ongoing strategies for platform adoption, process alignment, and user migration.
• Advocate for next-generation AI and automation technologies to streamline IT tools, minimize operational friction, and create cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate strategically with CTOs, Business Unit leaders, and Global Operations.
• Influence stakeholders to dismantle silos, ensure compliance, and foster a cohesive service management standard.
• Create governance frameworks that balance agility with security and compliance needs.
• Oversee departmental resources with complete financial accountability and operational transparency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a related discipline.
• 10 years of progressive leadership experience in IT infrastructure, Service Management, or Enterprise Platform roles within a global, complex, matrixed environment.
• Extensive subject matter expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, ITSM, and enterprise workflow automation.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale organizational change, M&A integration, and the deployment of enterprise-wide standardized processes.
• Outstanding communication skills with the capability to influence C-suite stakeholders and unify diverse business units under a shared technical vision.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
