ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and development of ServiceNow applications and modules.

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Tailor and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts to meet specific needs.

• Create and implement integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems.

• Produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and user manuals for reference.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and overall performance.

• Keep updated on ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of practical experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

• Demonstrated success in executing projects on a contractual basis.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is strongly preferred.

• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.

• Significant experience with ServiceNow modules.

• In-depth understanding of the architecture of the ServiceNow platform.

• Capability to deliver high-quality outcomes within the defined contract timeframe.
