ServiceNow Data/Reporting Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Configure and manage the ServiceNow platform

• Utilize best practices in data modeling, workflow automation, and integration

• Implement and support architectures for ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB

• Design workflows, establish business rules, create catalogs, and automate processes

• Strategize upgrades and oversee release management

• Conduct maintenance activities on the platform

• Oversee CMDB data governance and assist in asset management and service mapping

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a secret clearance

• Certification as a ServiceNow CAD

• Certification in CompTIA Security+

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, data modeling, workflow automation, and integration best practices

• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration management, and application lifecycle best practices

• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB architecture and implementation strategies

• Understanding of workflow design, business rules, catalog management, and process automation techniques

• Expertise in planning ServiceNow upgrades, managing releases, and performing platform maintenance activities

• Proficient in CMDB data governance, asset management, and service mapping practices
