This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of solutions for FMAX projects, conversions, and platform integrations.

• Ensure that client requirements are effectively addressed and integrated into the solutions provided.

• Serve as a subject matter expert regarding FMAX functionalities and the wider Fidelity technology ecosystem.

• Keep strategic clients informed about existing features and forthcoming enhancements.

• Engage in client discussions regarding release notes, development initiatives, and updates to the product roadmap.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Provide support to product and sales teams in discussions concerning architecture, integrations, and client requirements.

• Collaborate with product, technology, distribution, and investment stakeholders to promote platform growth, advisor adoption, and overall business performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• An MBA, CFA, or an equivalent graduate degree is advantageous.

• Extensive technical expertise in brokerage, advisory, and trust solutions platforms.

• Ability to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience collaborating with C-suite executives to guide the design and delivery of comprehensive wealth management ecosystems and workflows for large, complex organizations.

• Capacity to influence and shape FMAX's future strategy by voicing client perspectives and impacting product development.

• Series 7 and Series 65 licenses are required (to be obtained within 90 days).

• A minimum of 15 years in the financial services industry.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% nationally.
