Technology Analyst – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee all client environments utilizing Zabbix, New Relic, and Azure Monitor, with insights provided through Grafana dashboards.

• Conduct preliminary troubleshooting for alerts generated and tickets submitted outside regular business hours.

• Elevate issues when necessary.

• Implement operational routines tailored to each client.

• Compose a daily shift handover email summarizing all events that occurred during the shift.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support and infrastructure management.

• Proficiency in Linux.

• Administration skills in the Windows operating system.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools, ideally Zabbix.

• Understanding of computer networking.

• Knowledge of Azure services.
