This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Assist the Managing Director and account teams in formulating technology strategies for designated data center accounts.
• Conduct research and maintain competitive intelligence to support advisory recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for growth and aid in the development of sales and account leadership materials.
• Create client-ready deliverables, briefing documents, and drafts for business cases.
• Observe and assist in client meetings, progressing toward independent client engagement.
• Monitor client sentiment and highlight emerging risks or opportunities.
• Aid in renewal, expansion, and RFP initiatives by providing research and positioning materials.
• Manage and coordinate issues related to data center technology delivery, such as implementation, UAT, integration, and change orders.
• Document root-cause patterns across accounts to assist in the development of playbooks.
• Help track technology risks during go-live and stabilization phases.
• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence and the Director of Product Management to enhance product capability fluency.
• Capture and communicate client and market insights into the product roadmap process.
• Engage in Technology Advisory collaboration across various verticals.
• 2–4 years of experience in data center infrastructure, DCIM/BMS/NOC technology, enterprise facilities technology, or a related field in technology/consulting.
• Familiarity with, or a strong ability to quickly learn, DCIM platforms and data center operations technology.
• Understanding of power, cooling, capacity planning, and asset management.
• Capability to convert technical concepts into clear, client-friendly documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable supporting meetings with stakeholders from accounts and clients.
• Willingness to be mentored and develop into an independent advisory role with clients.
• Experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or outsourced CRE service delivery is preferred.
• Knowledge of the JLL technology stack or similar enterprise CRE/DCIM platforms is preferred.
• Previous internship, rotational, or early-career experience in product management or as a product owner is preferred.
• Experience with RFP response processes or technology-driven sales pursuits is preferred.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
