Registered Nurse – Virtual Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote patient care under the supervision of a qualified healthcare provider.

• Assist various clinics and specialty practices while adhering to the scope of the nursing license.

• Conduct virtual and telephone patient program admissions, assessments, education, care planning, care coordination, and follow-up for remote patient monitoring escalations.

• Provide safe and high-quality care in accordance with provider orders, departmental protocols, and nursing care standards.

• Record treatment plans, care coordination, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement details.

• Engage with management, patient care teams, clinical personnel, providers, patients, and caregivers.

• Utilize electronic technology for data collection, documentation, information gathering, and communication purposes.

• Implement evidence-based practices and scientific knowledge to address age-specific and clinical nursing requirements.

• Contribute to program development and process enhancement initiatives.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Wisconsin.

• Must be situated within driving distance of the Madison metro clinics.

• Must possess a Wisconsin nursing license or a valid compact-state RN license.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or have equivalent education for licensure.

• A minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse.

• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. during training.

• Willingness to transition to a four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts from 7 a.m.–5 p.m.

• Proficient in using electronic technology for data collection, documentation, information gathering, and communication.

• Capable of meeting physical demands, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, keyboard usage, and occasional driving.
