This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead training and adoption initiatives for organization-wide software implementations from planning through post-launch reinforcement.

• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure smooth transitions and robust adoption.

• Monitor user engagement and report on KPIs related to technology adoption.

• Design, develop, and execute training strategies for varied audiences and learning styles.

• Evaluate organizational training needs and identify skill or knowledge gaps.

• Create and maintain scalable user guides, e-learning modules, job aids, and quick reference materials.

• Act as a resource for both internal and external technology users.

• Manage and facilitate partner one-on-one training for advanced technology support.

• Conduct hands-on software training for end users, super users, and leadership both in person and virtually.

• Track participation, completion, and effectiveness of training.

• Implement ongoing education strategies to reinforce adoption and measure effectiveness.

• Advocate for change management to minimize resistance and enhance technology engagement.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and scoped delivery.

• Partner with department leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

• Oversee the complete onboarding process for new users to organizational technology solutions.

• Supervise and mentor team members.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

• Eliminate obstacles to team success.

• Develop and track objectives that align with organizational goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience is required.

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in technology adoption, implementation, training, or related fields.

• At least 2 years in a leadership role is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the healthcare sector, with preferred experience in value-based care.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.

• Capability to analyze and convert data into actionable strategies.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to meet assigned deadlines.

• Attention to detail and facilitation skills.

• Collaboration experience with Product Management in an Agile environment.

• A mindset geared towards continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.

• Experience in tracking and reporting to stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Forms, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint.

• Competence with virtual webinar platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
