This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Participate in the creation, upkeep, and coordination of BIM models throughout every project phase.
• Develop and oversee models utilizing Revit and additional Autodesk software such as AutoCAD.
• Produce construction documentation, schedules, quantities, and project outputs from BIM models.
• Work together with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and consultants to address model coordination challenges.
• Assist design and construction teams with BIM processes and management of deliverables.
• Uphold BIM standards and coordinate designs across various disciplines.
• Ensure the provision of high-quality project documentation.
• An associate's degree, diploma, or bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction technology, or equivalent experience.
• Over 1 year of experience in a BIM, CAD, architectural, engineering, or construction technology position.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Forma, Construction Cloud (ACC), or BIM 360.
• Basic comprehension of construction documentation, building systems, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Autodesk Revit Certified User (ACU) certification is preferred.
• Candidates may need to undergo a basic Revit skills assessment.
• Experience in supporting large-scale projects is preferred.
