Technical Writer – Documentation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Collect and compile technical information regarding components in a process facility.

• Review supplier datasheets and register component information in Excel.

• Search for additional technical information on suppliers' and manufacturers' websites.

• Contact suppliers and manufacturers to obtain missing data.

• Document and ensure the quality of approximately 5,000–10,000 data fields.

• Contribute to the development of complete and accurate ISA Datasheet documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in document management within life sciences, the pharmaceutical industry, or biotechnology projects.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience handling large volumes of information.

• Ability to independently search, review, and compile technical information.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and capability to plan work effectively.

• Good communication skills and experience working in English.

• Previous experience with technical documentation or similar information gathering tasks is an advantage.

• Experience in supplier interactions and handling technical datasheets is a plus.

• Familiarity with ISA Datasheets or documentation within the process industry is an asset.

• Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
