Technical Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish OpenLoop's technical content function from the ground up as the inaugural hire in this area.

• Concentrate on new and emerging platforms, guiding clients on how to understand and utilize new technology.

• Transform product roadmaps and release notes into documentation for both clients and internal teams.

• Generate newsletters for clients highlighting feature releases.

• Oversee communications related to clients and platforms, including assisting Customer Success with partner newsletters.

• Manage the knowledge base intended for client use.

• Translate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders into clear notes for the product team.

• Develop and oversee automation and AI workflows that convert product release notes into deliverables for clients and internal use.

• Create internal AI systems within the platform growth team to identify key areas for customer enablement, Customer Success, sales, and marketing.

• Develop internal AI tools aimed at tracking growth opportunities in programs focused on optimizing intake conversion rates.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or a comparable business-to-business writing role.

• At least 5 years of professional experience.

• Proficient in AI, capable of creating workflows that involve multiple steps and various teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.

• Strong understanding of technology, enabling the simplification of complex product and technical concepts for easy comprehension.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; the application will inquire about the necessity for visa sponsorship.
