Technical Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the knowledge resources that assist customers, partners, and internal teams in effectively utilizing the Euler platform.

• Create and sustain the documentation ecosystem for Euler.

• Develop and manage the help center, encompassing product documentation, how-to manuals, FAQs, and release notes.

• Produce user-friendly documentation for new features and product updates in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

• Generate and maintain API documentation and technical integration guides for customers and partners.

• Design internal onboarding playbooks, process guides, and training materials for the Customer Success and Support teams.

• Establish and uphold a documentation style guide and content standards.

• Review and enhance existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness.

• Collaborate with Support to identify and resolve knowledge gaps through documentation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in technical writing for a B2B SaaS product.

• Outstanding written English skills.

• Proven experience in creating and maintaining a help center or knowledge base from the ground up.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to document features accurately.

• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Notion, Intercom Articles, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.

• Detail-oriented and process-focused.

• Possess a consultative mindset with the ability to grasp user and internal team information requirements.

• Nice to have: experience in writing API documentation or technical integration guides.

• Nice to have: knowledge of no-code or low-code platforms.

• Nice to have: experience with partner-led or ecosystem-driven SaaS products.

• Must be available to work during US business hours.
