Technical Writer – AI Infrastructure, Enterprise Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Produce clear, precise, and detailed technical short-form content for landing pages and product pages.

• Generate clear, accurate, and well-organized technical documentation.

• Create implementation guides for technical teams responsible for deploying infrastructure and solutions.

• Conduct research and write whitepapers on topics such as AI infrastructure, GPU computing, cloud infrastructure, security, and emerging enterprise technologies.

• Develop product and specification content for enterprise hardware, infrastructure solutions, and technology services.

• Craft technical blog posts aimed at IT decision-makers, architects, engineers, and infrastructure practitioners.

• Simplify complex technical specifications and concepts into accessible and technically accurate content.

• Collaborate with technical, product, engineering, and subject-matter experts to collect and verify information.

• Investigate emerging technologies and industry trends pertinent to AI infrastructure and enterprise IT.

• Review technical content for precision, consistency, clarity, and completeness.

• Utilize diagrams, tables, specifications, and structured information to enhance technical communication.

• Ensure consistency in terminology, technical language, and documentation standards.

• Candidates must be native English speakers.

• Strong technical writing and communication abilities are essential.

• Capability to comprehend and explain intricate technical topics.

• Experience writing for IT, infrastructure, enterprise technology, or similar technical audiences.

• Strong research skills and the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technical subjects.

• Proficient in working with technical specifications, product information, documentation, and subject-matter experts.

• Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.

• Ability to tailor writing styles for engineers, IT practitioners, architects, and senior technology decision-makers.

• Skilled in organizing complex information into clear and logical documentation.

• Comfortable with independent technology research and posing relevant technical questions.

• Experience in one or more relevant technical domains, including AI infrastructure, AI data centers, AI factories, GPU computing, high-performance computing, cloud infrastructure, servers and enterprise hardware, data center infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise IT, virtualization, or infrastructure architecture.

• Preferred experience in creating technical documentation or implementation guides.

• Preferred experience in writing technical whitepapers or research-driven content.

• Preferred experience with enterprise hardware or infrastructure products.

• Preferred experience writing for IT architects, engineers, infrastructure teams, or technology decision-makers.

• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, GPU infrastructure, AI/ML infrastructure, or enterprise systems is preferred.

• Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization is preferred.

• Preferred experience using AI-assisted research and writing tools.
