Technical Content Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct primary research to draft, refine, and publish long-form blogs, whitepapers, customer case studies, newsletters, and digital web copy.

• Develop extensive content strategies addressing enterprise platforms (DXP), cloud infrastructure, system integrations, managed IT, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.

• Transform complex technical subjects into engaging messaging for executive buyers, including CIOs, CTOs, and IT leadership.

• Implement SEO-focused content creation by utilizing keyword planning, user intent analysis, and competitive content mapping.

• Establish frameworks for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), encompassing structured FAQs and conversational prompts.

• Collaborate with internal technical leaders to ensure subject matter accuracy, gather strategic insights, and articulate industry perspectives.

• Propel multi-channel demand generation initiatives through landing pages, email sequences, social media posts, and downloadable assets.

• Create collateral for corporate webinars, industry conferences, sales presentations, and promotional campaigns.

• Analyze market competitors to pinpoint whitespace opportunities and refine messaging around buyer pain points and technical outcomes.

• Repurpose long-form assets into social media campaigns, visual carousels, and subscriber digests.

• Monitor performance indicators and engagement metrics using analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console.

• Manage content calendars, development briefs, publishing workflows, and brand governance standards.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Subject Matter Experts.

• 3–5 years of B2B technical writing experience focused on enterprise technology or corporate content strategy.

• Excellent written communication, editorial review, structural proofreading, and topic research skills.

• Capability to clearly articulate technical architectures while maintaining technical integrity.

• Strong foundation in SEO methodologies, search intent optimization, and content performance strategies.

• Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems, SaaS platforms, cloud operations, API design, and digital modernization.

• Proficient in responsibly utilizing AI writing tools while upholding rigorous manual editing and validation.

• Flexibility to address a range of personas from hands-on developers to executive-level buyers.

• Practical experience with modern content management systems (CMS) and SEO performance tracking suites.

• Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated track record of managing multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Previous experience in developing content portfolios for enterprise DXP, cloud services, system integration, or AI platforms.

• Strong understanding of demand generation metrics, audience engagement, and multi-touch attribution.

• A robust portfolio showcasing published tech blogs, strategic case studies, and enterprise research papers.

• Must be based in India.

• Minimum of four hours of daily overlap with Eastern Time.
