Technical Writer – AI Infrastructure, Enterprise Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop concise, precise, and comprehensive technical short-form content for landing and product pages.

• Produce clear, accurate, and well-organized technical documentation.

• Create implementation guides for technical teams responsible for deploying infrastructure and solutions.

• Conduct research and compose whitepapers on AI infrastructure, GPU computing, cloud infrastructure, security, and emerging enterprise technologies.

• Generate product and specification content for enterprise hardware, infrastructure solutions, and technology services.

• Draft technical blog posts aimed at IT decision-makers, architects, engineers, and infrastructure professionals.

• Convert intricate technical specifications and concepts into clear, technically precise content.

• Collaborate with technical, product, engineering, and subject-matter experts to gather and validate information.

• Investigate emerging technologies and industry trends pertinent to AI infrastructure and enterprise IT.

• Review technical content to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and completeness.

• Utilize diagrams, tables, specifications, and structured information to enhance technical communication.

• Ensure uniformity in terminology, technical language, and documentation standards.

• Proven capability to understand and elucidate complex technical subjects.

• Experience writing for IT, infrastructure, enterprise technology, or similar technical audiences.

• Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp unfamiliar technical topics.

• Competency in working with technical specifications, product information, documentation, and subject-matter experts.

• Keen attention to technical accuracy and detail.

• Capability to adapt writing style for engineers, IT practitioners, architects, and senior technology decision-makers.

• Strong organizational skills to transform complex information into clear and logical documentation.

• Comfortable conducting independent technology research and posing relevant technical questions.

• Experience in one or more pertinent technical fields, including AI infrastructure, AI data centers, AI factories, GPU computing, high-performance computing, cloud infrastructure, enterprise hardware, data center infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise IT, virtualization, or infrastructure architecture.

• Background in creating technical documentation or implementation guides.

• Experience in writing technical whitepapers or research-driven content.

• Familiarity with enterprise hardware or infrastructure products.

• Experience writing for IT architects, engineers, infrastructure teams, or technology decision-makers.

• Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, GPU infrastructure, AI/ML infrastructure, or enterprise systems.

• Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted research and writing tools.
