This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct research to enhance awareness of specific industry requirements for Axis products and related technologies.
• Provide both in-person and remote courses, webinars, and training sessions.
• Oversee the training center and manage equipment.
• Regularly revise and update training materials.
• Execute needs analysis for course development.
• Carry out evaluations of customers.
• Act as an ambassador for Axis in training and new product initiatives.
• Perform additional related tasks as required.
• Be prepared to travel nationally and internationally on short notice.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in technical training or education.
• A background in IP technology is essential.
• Strong public speaking abilities.
• Capacity to adapt teaching methods as necessary in the classroom.
• Excellent presentation skills.
