Technical Trainer 3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver product and technical training assistance to both internal and external clients.

• Conduct technical and/or sales training sessions covering installation, controls, commissioning, service, troubleshooting, product knowledge, and basic applications.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create or refine curriculum as needed.

• Set up the training facility and lab in advance of training sessions.

• Manage the inventory of training materials at the designated location.

• Uphold training facility standards, including the maintenance of equipment and tools.

• Support the development of product and technical training programs, including curriculum and related training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, videos, and manuals.

• Offer training support, encompassing communication, promotion, and coordination of product and technical training initiatives.

• Serve as a liaison among sales, product marketing, service, and training departments.

• Participate in educational or industry conferences with the capability to present at these events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in HVAC installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance.

• More than 8 years of experience in facilitating product and technical training.

• Possession of an HVAC degree or certification.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with HVAC products and controls.

• Knowledge of management systems is an advantage.
