Technical Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of comprehensive recruiting strategies for technical positions throughout North America.

• Create robust pipelines of high-quality technical talent through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, professional communities, and targeted outreach.

• Identify passive candidates utilizing Boolean search, Findem.ai, LinkedIn, talent databases, social platforms, and other advanced sourcing methods.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance talent research, sourcing, market mapping, candidate engagement, and overall recruiting efficiency.

• Collaborate with technical leaders to establish talent profiles, provide insights on market conditions, and devise strategies for hard-to-fill positions.

• Utilize recruiting analytics, pipeline data, and market intelligence to pinpoint gaps and consistently improve hiring results.

• Ensure a compelling candidate experience that enables Genesys to attract highly desirable technical talent.

• Conduct recruiting interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and interview teams throughout the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience, including proactive sourcing and engaging with passive candidates.

• Recruitment experience in a SaaS company or a similar cloud software environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, engaging, and hiring specialized AI talent.

• Proven track record in hiring across software engineering, cloud, data, product, or other related technical fields.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and their effective application in recruiting, sourcing, research, or talent intelligence.

• Strong knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn, talent mapping, social sourcing, and targeted candidate outreach.

• Established ability to partner with technical leaders and influence recruiting strategies and hiring decisions.

• Experience in using applicant tracking systems, recruiting analytics, and pipeline data to oversee hiring activities.

• Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to inclusive recruiting practices.

• Advanced expertise in technical talent intelligence, competitor mapping, and research on passive candidates.

• Experience in evaluating or adopting AI-enabled recruiting and sourcing tools.
