Technical Talent Acquisition Apprentice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and various sourcing methods.

• Evaluate resumes and pinpoint candidates who align with technical hiring specifications.

• Conduct preliminary screening calls to gauge candidate suitability, interest, and communication abilities.

• Facilitate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers.

• Keep candidate records updated and ensure the accuracy of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring requirements.

• Assist in employer branding efforts, campus recruitment, and recruitment events.

• Collaborate with recruiters to refine sourcing strategies and improve the candidate experience.

• Generate recruitment reports and monitor hiring metrics.

• A strong interest in Talent Acquisition and the technology sector.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and excel in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.

• A basic understanding of software engineering roles and common technology stacks is beneficial.

• Prior internship experience in recruitment, HR, or sourcing is a plus, though not required.
