Lead Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from job advertisement, proactive talent sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, to extending offers and managing onboarding transitions.

• Identify potential candidates in the disaster restoration, trades, and commercial construction sectors through job boards, social media, networking referrals, and direct outreach.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified applicants across six franchise regions.

• Collaborate with Franchise Managers and Operations Leaders to grasp hiring requirements and refine job specifications.

• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Assess candidate qualifications, technical expertise, certifications such as IICRC and OSHA, and alignment with company culture.

• Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and employee retention.

• Enhance hiring practices based on recruiting performance data.

• Assist in staffing for field operations, management, sales, and office administration roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience is required.

• Proven track record in recruiting within Disaster Restoration, Construction, Skilled Trades, or similar field-operations industries is highly preferred.

• Must be available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

• Demonstrated history of sourcing active candidates beyond those responding to job boards.

• Proficient in using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital communication platforms.

• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in hiring for the Disaster Restoration Industry is a plus.

• Ability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
