Senior Recruiter, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify position specifications, offering pertinent market insights and suggestions.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements to present strong candidate selections while developing talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process by providing timely updates on their status.

• Work closely with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client, offering consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

• Ensure service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle by delivering proactive and timely communication regarding search progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in French Canadian is essential.

• A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in Manufacturing roles.

• High school diploma is required.

• Proven recruiting experience with a track record of success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of key Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
