Technical Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct visits and coordinate campaigns at client-specified institutions, adhering to the program's scope and visit schedule.

• Map and document the entire program process.

• Educate oncology nurses on the treatment and prevention of radiodermatitis.

• Provide counseling to patients, as permitted by the institution.

• Administer surveys before and after radiotherapy sessions and track case progress, where institutional guidelines allow.

• Identify, log, and report adverse events and reportable situations to the Pharmacovigilance team.

• Document visits in the system.

• Prepare expense reports.

• Direct patients to the program’s customer service center.

• Complete registrations according to project guidelines.

• Assist the sales team in efforts to implement treatment protocols using the client’s product at the visited institutions.

• Execute activities as planned for each institution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

• Active registration with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Background in public health education.

• Experience in health promotion.

• Customer service skills.

• Preferred specialization or experience in oncology services.
