This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark, +1 more country.
β’ Establish and nurture trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams, comprehending their priorities, workflows, and goals for success.
β’ Develop actionable technical success plans to foster platform adoption, mitigate risks, and achieve measurable value.
β’ Recognize high-value use cases that integrate the platform into routine security operations.
β’ Analyze product usage, engagement metrics, and health indicators to pinpoint adoption gaps, underutilization, and risks to retention.
β’ Support customers from deployment through to active usage, expediting Time-to-Value and minimizing handover challenges.
β’ Lead the planning of mitigation strategies for technical obstacles, integration issues, operational deficiencies, and customer health threats.
β’ Deliver technical health insights for renewal preparedness, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), growth discussions, and strategic account management.
β’ Highlight technical opportunities that facilitate expansion, upselling, and cross-selling efforts alongside the Account Executive.
β’ Advocate for the feedback, risks, and success needs of technical users within the organization.
β’ Collaborate effectively with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Support, and Renewals teams.
β’ Proficiency in Swedish or Danish, along with English, is a must.
β’ A minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Technical Consultant, Product Specialist, or a similar position.
β’ A solid understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud technologies, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
β’ Capability to enhance adoption, retention, technical value realization, and overall customer health improvement.
β’ Skill in translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both customers and internal teams.
β’ Confidence in engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, system administrators, technical leaders, and executives.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
β’ Experience in security operations, SOC workflows, threat detection, or incident response scenarios is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with customer success platforms, health scoring, adoption analytics, and renewal governance is a plus.
