This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop strong relationships with customer security and IT teams, gaining insights into their priorities, workflows, and success metrics.
• Formulate actionable technical success plans that facilitate customer adoption of the platform, minimize risks, and deliver measurable value.
• Recognize high-value use cases that integrate the platform into daily security operations.
• Analyze product usage, engagement, and health metrics to identify gaps in adoption, underutilization, and potential retention risks early.
• Assist customers in transitioning from deployment to active usage, expediting Time-to-Value and minimizing handover challenges.
• Lead the planning to mitigate technical obstacles, integration issues, operational deficiencies, and customer health concerns.
• Provide clear technical health insights for renewal readiness, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), growth discussions, and account strategies.
• Highlight technical opportunities that support expansion, upselling, and cross-selling efforts in collaboration with the Account Executive.
• Advocate for the voice of technical users by ensuring that product feedback, risks, and success criteria are communicated internally.
• Collaborate with security, IT, and technical stakeholders to integrate the platform into routine security operations.
• Work closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Support, and Renewals teams.
• Over 3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Technical Consultant, Product Specialist, or a comparable position.
• Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
• Capability to foster adoption, improve retention, realize technical value, and enhance customer health.
• Proficiency in simplifying complex technical ideas into clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Confidence in engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, system administrators, technical leaders, and executives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience in security operations, SOC workflows, threat detection, or incident response scenarios is preferred.
• Familiarity with customer success platforms, health scoring, adoption analytics, and renewal management is a plus.
• Commission structure featuring an 80/20 base-plus-commission split.
• Opportunity for remote work.
• Travel required at least twice a year.
