📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions to align agency operational processes with Motorola Solutions’ cloud offerings.

• Assess existing agency workflows and evaluate user preparedness.

• Convert operational requirements into system configuration plans.

• Provide mentorship to agency-appointed system administrators regarding system configurations, user roles, and workflow arrangements.

• Interpret backend dependencies, platform configurations, and integration functionalities into workflow-oriented concepts.

• Assist agencies in customizing and setting up software for public safety functions.

• Verify that business logic, data inputs, and system regulations are correctly set before user deployment.

• Collaborate with Provisioning, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and Sales teams to overcome technical and workflow obstacles.

• Offer technical insights to ensure long-term platform sustainability and customer success.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred in a relevant discipline such as Public Safety, Information Technology, Business, or Communications.

• Over 3 years of experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch), Records Management Systems (RMS), and/or Jail Applications.

• Previous experience with Motorola Solutions products, especially the CommandCentral suite.

• General knowledge of networking, PC environments, and Operating Systems for software setup and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with cloud computing and software is preferred.

• Capacity to foster strong relationships with internal teams and external customer stakeholders.

• Extensive understanding of the strategic, tactical, and operational requirements of Public Safety Agencies.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze intricate business processes and address configuration challenges.

• Competence in presenting findings to agency leadership.

• Must be willing to travel 25% of the time across the U.S.

• Ability to operate in high-security environments regulated by the U.S. Department of Justice’s CJIS Security Policy.

• Must successfully complete a rigorous fingerprint background check.

• Legal authorization for indefinite employment in the U.S. is required.

• Sponsorship for work permits is not available.
