Technical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct the gathering of information and requirements to implement technological initiatives in Solutioning.

• Design, document, and update process flow diagrams and IVR according to client needs and operations.

• Configure and develop solutions using the company’s tools.

• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and document evidence.

• Create demos, prototypes, and project presentations for clients and stakeholders.

• Train operational teams on the use of new tools.

• Develop user manuals and configuration guides.

• Manage databases.

• Keep reports on progress, status, and initiatives in the area up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Final semester student or graduate with a Technical, Technological, or Professional degree in Technological Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Administrative Management, or related fields.

• 3 to 6 months of experience; academic projects, previous internship experience, or roles in operational/support within BPO/Tech are valued.

• Basic process modeling and analysis skills (flow diagrams, process maps).

• Intermediate proficiency in office tools (Excel, Office).

• Ability to document technical manuals.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI and fundamental concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applied to productivity is desirable.

• Language: Spanish.

• Knowledge of flow diagrams, process analysis, Power BI, office tools, AI, databases, and operations.
