Technical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer technical assistance and guidance to a designated customer group

• Introduce and execute new product systems and marketing strategies

• Perform product and system demonstrations at both the training center and customer locations

• Aid in the preparation and delivery of, or take part in, internal and external seminars

• Troubleshoot issues and provide on-site support for customers, as well as address product complaints

• Showcase and install application-specific software solutions

• Engage in selected customer and industry association events

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a master automotive refinisher

• Several years of professional experience in field service and/or automotive refinishing

• Familiarity with automotive repair systems, paint products, and paint systems

• Experience in digital color management and complaint handling

• Solid understanding of modern application techniques and workflows

• Strong communication abilities for fostering and sustaining collaborative business relationships

• High level of initiative and team spirit

• Comfortable addressing larger customer audiences

• Proficient IT skills, particularly in MS Office

• Willingness to travel up to 80% and possess high mobility

• Excellent written and spoken German
